A Cup of Cappucino
Espresso or cappucino is the a same thing. Anyway It is really remind me to one song sang by unfamous singer-i guess -MC lyte, Cuppucino. Mike, Do you really know this guy? Whatever. Anyway It's lyric sounds like this...

Every morning, everytime i enter the entrance of the office, the aroma of cappucino always be the first thing buzz my wonderful morning. Why?.....this nice combination of one third expresso coffee, 1 third steamed milk and 1/3 milk froth creates an aroma than make it as a great coffee. Just a bit info, cappuccino is one of the most popular coffee drinks served in American coffee houses. It's a smooth beverage, full of rich taste and savory creamy flavor. It is a combination of espresso and steamed and foamed milk originating with the Cappucine Monks who wore white hooded robes. Most of the milk in it is froth, which makes it very light.
In Italy, cappuccino is generally consumed early in the day as part of a light breakfast, with croissant, better known for Italians as cornetto. Generally Italians do not drink cappuccino with meals other than breakfast; however, it is a very common habit, in Italy, to have a cappuccino and croissant after a night out, even if it is about time to go to bed. In other countries it is consumed throughout the day or after dinner i guess. So, every night i go to the cafe just a cup of cappucino. Exact espresso has a totally different taste to the 'espresso' that we find at some cafes. I used to drink second grade coffee and thought nothing, until i found out how true espresso was meant to taste; the crema, the milk, the aroma, the temprature etc.
It was really great! Those who really want to prepare themself the cappucino ...let's do it..
How to make a cup of cappucino?
1 cup instant coffee creamer (Cremora-type stuff)
1 cup instant chocolate drink mix (Nestle Quik)
2/3 cup instant coffee crystals
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Store in an airtight container. To prepare one serving, add 3 TBS. mix to 6 oz. hot water, stir well. Yield: 3 cups dry mix. This is best if you plan to make a bunch for several people, because you have to buy the creamer, drink mix, etc. and only use a little per recipe. I usually put it in a glass jar (decorated) and attach a tag with instructions for mixing per mug. Ermm...you got it?..
