New House - Bandar Sunway
My new 2nd house which is located somewhere in Bandar Sunway, not far from Sunway Pyramic. The attached are interior designer's illustration and the house is still under construction and tentative completion will be end of May 2007. The house was purchased on end of Oct 2005 if i am not mistaken.
Still thinking whether to rent or ask my bro to stay ere. Initially, i hv no idea at all why i purchased this house, It happened spontenously when i was at a showroom in KL. it was funny bcoz the salesman just tell me the description of the house and without take a long time to think, i just pay straight a way the downpayment which was the money i supposed to spend for my furniture of my 1st house. My mum got angry with me bcoz of this. But, never mind....this is the asset, doesn't matter..
