The Best Movie of 2006 - DREAMGIRLS

I think this has been my 3rd time i'm writin'/reviewing 'bout this movie. There is no other reasons rather than all about my fav, Jennifer Hudson. It has been a huge passion about this movie. Across the nation, people start talking about how great Bill Condon brought this 1981 Broadway musical to film. It was really fasciliating me to listen every minutes of Jennifer's rendition of " Am I Telling You, And I Am Not Going". Truly, i think she has brought a huge impact to American music industry, and be the greatest singer at all times . Recording version of AITY in Youtube.com has already buzz'ed a number of viewers and the numbr still goes on and what can i say is she really did this!.

Today i read a review about this movie and this is a little excerpt:

After her performance in Bill Condon's adaptation of the 1981 Broadway musical "Dreamgirls," former "American Idol" finalist Jennifer Hudson deserves a recount. In fact, they should cancel the TV show. No one who's been on "American Idol" - or is likely to be - has the pipes of this young lady. Hudson, taking over the role of Effie played on stage by Jennifer Holliday, is in charge of "Dreamgirls" from her opening scene, blowing away Grammy-winner Beyoncé Knowles, Oscar-winner Jamie Foxx and anyone else who gets in her way. When she sings "And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going" - one of the most heartfelt cries of pain ever written for a musical - Hudson inscribes her name on an Oscar. I absolutely agreed with comments of Jack Mathews about this movie. Since Dreamgirls will be not showing in Italy nationwide on 15th Dec or 25th Dec, however i still can enjoy my pop corn in London on 7th January eventhough it is already too late to "world premier" with other fans.

Overall, the movie has set its own standard and will remain for years.
