People Think Smart and Smarter

Sometimes we just don’t know when we’ve got something good going. It was attracted my concern with one article that i read last night about how dynamic most of the women in the world listening to a man talk about the need for diversity in the workplace and in our lives. It was a conference in somewhere sharing very interesting approach to re-evaluate the concept of diversification and globalisation.
I can't recall the title of this acticle but it relates to the whole perspective on how people react towards the globalisation especially at workplace by diversifying the identities and people as an asset.
For globalisation to work, he said, it must recognise the diversity of identities. It’s not about making everyone uniform, it’s about understanding and making diversity an asset. What its meants that asserts when people are denied their identities, whether ethnically, culturally, religiously or in terms of gender, then that’s when clashes occur.

Therefore when companies go to other countries and try to replicate the whole work environment that they are used to at home, they will be unlikely to succeed. They have to recognise what the country and the society they are in looks like, and reflect that in the work environment. I think this is more realistic to stress when government adopting a system from a country without interpreting the underlying of a system without detail study and analyse the impact and consequences of the implementation. That is if we look at one angle of application.
My head is spinning now..spinning aroud...hehe.. i need some rest
ciao!
